Fenelon Lakes Club is coming to the picturesque town of Fenelon Falls, Ontario. Balsam House Construction Progress
Balsam house is seeing a ton of action! Both roofing and window installation began on November 28th. At the same time, the fifth-floor roof precast is installed, and ICF parapets are underway. What’s more, the fifth-floor non-load-bearing wall layout is also in progress.
DensGlass Sheathing on the fourth floor is 50% complete, and the fourth-floor sprinkler main installation is done.
Moving down to the third floor, the M/E HVAC system is underway, and the plumbing is set to follow HVAC installation. Plus, the third-floor electrical power rough-in began on November 29th.
Lastly, the second-floor electrical power rough-in is also complete, bringing us one step closer to completion.
Cameron House Construction Progress
Moreover, Cameron House construction is well underway. The third-floor balcony column replacements are complete. The third-floor walls are underway and will be finished on December 7th. Plus, the second-floor coring was done on November 23rd.
Clubtown Construction Progress
We’re also making amazing progress on the Clubtowns. On October 5th, we completed several major milestones, including pouring the slab on grade for Blocks E & D and starting the foundation on Block C. Site services like water and sanitary have been brought to Blocks E, D and C while demising walls for Block E began on November 3rd.
During the week of November 7th, we started the wall framing for Block E, and the foundation walls are in progress for Block C. On November 21st, backfill and underground services also began for Block C. Then, on November 30th, we completed foundations & backfilling. The above-grade masonry and framing started on Block E.
Currently, the demising walls on Block E between units 9/10 on the first floor are complete. Wall framing on Block E for units 8/9/10 on the first floor is also finished. The foundation walls and backfilling for the underside of Granular A are done on Block C, including the underground services for Block C. Lastly, the Jackett backfilling materials are in for the roadway, and the plumbing rough-ins commenced on December 5th.

For MDM Developments, it is crucial to ensure all safety elements are taken care of. Our electrical service trenching is 90% complete while Hydro inspections continue.
