CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Happy Holidays!
Just in time for the winter break, we’re back with an exciting Creemore Condos construction update!
The site has been a flurry of activity all throughout the Fall and as you can see the exterior of the building has changed drastically. Our construction team estimates that all exterior work is now around 95% complete!
Inside, there have also been some exciting changes. What was once concrete slab and steel stud framing is now looking a lot more like a future home. In fact, drywalling and flooring is almost complete throughout the whole building. Cabinetry installation is also complete on the 2nd floor and will be moving up to the 3rd floor shortly.
From all of us at the MDM Creemore team, we would like to wish you the happiest of holiday seasons. We can’t wait to welcome you into your new home in 2024!

Tis the Season!
The 22nd annual Creemore Community Christmas Dinner is happening at the Creemore Legion on December 25th. Attendees will be served a festive turkey dinner with all the trimmings, with doors opening at 4:30 PM.
Volunteers are needed for food prep on the 24th as well as for various tasks on the day of the event. Register now by emailing CreemoreChristmasElf@gmail.com or phoning 705-466-2523.
