Construction is underway at Fenelon Lakes Club! Since our ground breaking ceremony last summer, our dedicated team of contractors has been working hard on the foundations of this resort-inspired community, from installing sanitary services, laying concrete, and more. Read on to get an update on the progress of our condos and townhomes at Fenelon Lakes Club.
Balsam House was the first of our preconstruction condos to open to the public. After completing excavation, the footings were installed laying the groundwork for a solid foundation.
After the foundations were laid down, precast walls and columns began to go up. The first floor of this condo is starting to take shape at Fenelon Lakes Club!
Next for Balsam House: Work will begin on the whole structure of the building starting with the completion of the first floor. After the base structure is built, our contractors will start to install windows, exterior installation, and decorative masonry.
Construction on our second building, Cameron House, began in April with excavation, the first step in any new home building process. Footings are being poured for Cameron House as you read this!
While working on Cameron House, water main and sanitary services continue to be installed across the site, laying the groundwork for our future building on the site. Soon electrical, heating, fibreoptics and other base features will be added all over the site as part of the pre construction phase.
Next for Cameron House: Like the construction of Balsam House, the building will start to take shape over the months as work is done on the overall structure, including the assembly of balconies, insulation installation, and more. After the exterior structure is complete, the weather will have less of an effect on our teams of contractors so they can safely work on the interior suites.
In 2021 we launched our Club Towns, a collection of 10 luxury townhomes with full access to all the resort-inspired amenities of Fenelon Lakes Club. Construction on the Club Towns begins in June, starting with excavation of the area and siting of each home.
Next up at Fenelon Lakes Club: The Kawartha Collection, our upcoming collection of luxury waterfront townhomes on Cameron Lake, will release to the public! Construction on the Kawartha Collection will commence this year along with all the necessary preparations for the fabulous resort-inspired amenities at Fenelon Lakes Club including the pool, tennis courts, and the Club House.
