Founded 10 years ago by John Ardiel and Robert Ketchin (a 4th generation apple grower and beverage marketing specialist respectively), Georgian Hills Vineyards is known for excellent drinks with an artisanal feel. Great for wine afficionados and cider fans alike, you can pick up both at Georgian Hills. Grab a Cubano sandwich from the weekend-only food truck or order some charcuterie with your wine. Whether you just stop by for a tasting or attend their famous Vinestock, you’re sure to make fun memories when you visit.

Ardiel Dry Cider

Creemore Springs

Since 1987 Creemore Springs has been brewing delicious beer with local ingredients and a lot of love. Perfect for Brix residents, the brewery is walking distance from our buildings, located right on the downtown strip of charming Creemore. Learn how to perfectly pair Creemore Springs brews with your favourite food here, or time your visit to the shop with a trip to the Creemore Bakery to really experience the tastes of town! For now you can visit the shop and pick up your favourite cans and bottles until you can book a brewery tour again. Creemore Springs is responsible for the yearly Copper Kettle Festival, a great place to discover local artisans, musicians, chefs, and more. The brewery is one of the most well-known spots in downtown Creemore, and it’s not difficult to see why!

Pairs great with roasted and grilled meats, spicy food such as curry, stronger flavoured cheese, aged cheddar, smoked Gouda

Lot 9 Pilsner

Pairs great with roasted and grilled chicken, cream-based soups, shellfish and grilled white fish. Nice with young goat cheese or white cheddar.

Creemore Hills Winery

Located just 6 minutes from Creemore Condos, Creemore Hills Winery is the perfect spot to spend a sunny afternoon! Since first purchasing the property in 2007, co-founders Catherine and Stephen launched their first field blends in 2019 and haven’t stopped working. When you book a tasting, you can expect an exceptional experience like no other. Stop by the shop and purchase some of their Creemore Hills maple syrup or honey to have a bit of local flavour with any dish.

Creemore Hills Pét-nat 2020

“The world’s trendiest wine. Crafted using the ancestral method (bottled before primary fermentation is finished) without adding secondary sugars or yeasts. This wine completes its fermentation process in the bottle. The result is a lovely, rustic, sparkling, fruity wine. A fantastic spring/summer sparkling white wine. 12.5% alcohol.”

The Black Bellows Brewery

The building that houses the Black Bellows Brewery was originally built in the 1800s. Now the shop is home to a delightful pub with fantastic fare and even better brews. Sit on their pet friendly patio and order a delectable meal to go along with a flight of house-brewed beers. Go for a tour around the bar and enjoy art from local artists with a cold drink in hand. When you get hungry, try the Sangwhich—and if you feel like sharing, order the carbonara popcorn for a unique and distinct flavour palate to complement your beer.

Take a 14-minute drive into Duntroon and you’ll find the incomparable Duntroon Cyder* House. Duntroon Cyder House was officially born in 2015, a product of love for the environment and a dedication to the distinct flavour of the cyder. From cyder tasting on the tasting green to yoga and cyder sessions, there’s always something interesting to see or do when you visit. Enjoy a delicious meal from SoCo Food and Bar, a fixture on the tasting green with distinct dishes every weekend. One weekend you could try a spectacular corned beef breakfast hash, and the next, spicy pork carnitas tacos. Stop by and discover the rich history of cyder along with a delicious beverage.
